Broadens Our Recruitment Reach with Ease
I use Appcast for recruiting qualified applicants in my staffing agency. I find it particularly beneficial because it advertises our listings across multiple platforms, even some we're not familiar with, which broadens our reach. I also appreciate the ability to track performance on each job listing, as this allows us to know where to adjust if needed.
