Easy-to-Use Job Distribution with Strong Reach and Useful Reporting
Appcast has been helpful for increasing visibility and distributing job postings across multiple platforms without needing to manage each site individually. The reporting tools are useful, and overall the platform is pretty easy to use.
One of the biggest upsides is the amount of applicant flow it can generate, especially for harder-to-fill roles. Candidate quality can vary at times, but overall it has been a solid tool for streamlining recruiting efforts and improving reach.

We have noticed an increase in the number of applicants, and we are pleased to see that the quality of applicants has also improved as our job postings remain active. There are some windows of time where the applicant flow is very low, which makes it tough at times.
