I like that Aplano effectively manages the schedule and overtime. I particularly appreciate the clarity for the employees, where you can immediately see who is working, how, and when. The integration with Google Calendar is also very helpful because I can see my shifts directly there. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy and we had support for any questions.

I find Aplano really very helpful. Planning schedules is very easy, and we don't have to spend hours each time counting the employees' working hours because Aplano does that automatically for us. I can see at any time who has worked how much and what is planned for the future. I can also access the information on the go via my phone or iPad and immediately know who is on vacation or what is planned for the next week, including team meetings. Without Aplano, I would either have to check in the pharmacy to see who is on vacation or photograph the schedule each time to be able to work on planning at home. Additionally, the initial setup of Aplano was easy, and within a day I got the hang of it. I am fully satisfied and feel that Aplano alone is completely sufficient without needing additional tools.
