I find Aplano very self-explanatory. Although I am somewhat tech-savvy and have a certain background, our team leaders, who are now using Aplano, can also independently familiarize themselves with this tool without asking many user questions.

Simple setup, everything great
I find the entire Aplano app great and use it for shift planning, vacation planning, and overtime management. Everything works perfectly, and I especially appreciate that you can view all employees. Additionally, the initial setup of Aplano was very easy.

Aplano: Self-explanatory, clear, and vacation approvals directly in the app
Aplano is an absolute must for anyone who can operate a mobile phone. The user-friendliness and operation of the app are self-explanatory.
Vacations can be easily recorded and can be directly confirmed in the app by supervisors. Through notifications in the app, you are immediately informed about their confirmation or changes.
On the homepage, an immediate overview of my current shifts and times is possible.
There are various views for the shift schedule.
Days/weeks/months.
I can only recommend it.
