Clear and Efficient for Shift Planning
I appreciate that Aplano is designed so clearly, which allows me to view my shift times and those of my colleagues at a glance. I also think it's great that you get quick responses when swapping a shift. The initial setup of Aplano was also very easy for me as a user.

Seamless layer planning with excellent communication
I find the chat function in Aplano particularly good because I can directly message other employees. Additionally, I appreciate the change request feature. It helps me quickly get in touch with other employees when needed, and I can make a change request online if I am unavailable on a certain day. Setting up Aplano was super easy.
