Structured app with perfect shift exchange
I find the app simply great. I love the good structure of Aplano, and how it allows me to know exactly when I have to work and when I have time off. It also helps me to know which colleagues I am working with on which days. I particularly like the ability to swap shifts at short notice, it works excellently through the app and the boss is informed directly. The initial setup was quite good, even if you are over 50 like me, you understand it quickly.

Simple and efficient, but room for improvement
I think it's great that Aplano is simple and clear. Additionally, it accurately records working hours as required by law. The initial setup was also easy.

Uncomplicated and Time-Saving for Duty Scheduling
I like the ease of use and clarity of Aplano. It is especially helpful because I can now submit vacation days without any problems and have a very good overview of working hours and days off. Aplano saves me a lot of time because I no longer have to note everything on paper. Additionally, the initial setup was trouble-free.
