Much more than just customer support

AmplifAI has been a game changer for our team. Our team leads are great, but they were overwhelmed... many have now reached out to tell us how much they are using the coaching tips and Next Best Action. We've only used it a short time, but already seeing improvement in multiple areas across the company. It's reminds me a lot of Gong but for our team leads.

Combined data sources, Actionable dashboard, More time to coach

They sold me when I could cut down the number of systems I need to log into, in order to understand my business. I had to log into 8 different systems to understand metrics like NPS, Hold time, conversion rates. There's this single dashboard that I can now drill down into a metric, and identify not only who I need to work with to improve, but also, on what.
