I'm a fan of the look of Alloy (granted I used the 2023 server hosted version). It was really easy to use and navigating it was simple. The inventory/lending library aspect was also easy and a great integration.

Alloy Navigator is simply the meds small to medium business helpdesk software out there. easy to navigate menus as well as simple crisp interface. We left for autotask and came back because other are too big and clumsy

I like that Alloy Navigator is easy to use and works for what we need. The ticketing system is particularly valuable because it is user-friendly. Also, switching to Alloy Navigator was a good decision because it was cheaper than our previous solution. The initial setup wasn't hard, which was a plus.
