This application is quite look good for UX, UI

The dashboard overview is really helpful for quickly seeing ticket backlogs and the overall workload. It gives our team a clear snapshot of what needs attention without having to dig through multiple screens. For a smaller IT department, that kind of visibility makes day-to-day management much easier and helps us stay on top of priorities.

The workflow builder is flexible enough to support both research approval processes and standard IT requests without becoming hard to manage. We can run different types of workflows in a single system while still keeping everything organized and easy to follow. It’s also helped cut down on the number of separate tools our teams rely on in day-to-day work.
