The asset tracking side has been really useful for us. We can follow a device from the time it’s purchased all the way through retirement or disposal. The disposal and license management piece has also helped us avoid buying too many seats or coming up short when teams need access.

The service delivery improvements have been measurable. Our average resolution time is down, tickets rarely go unacknowledged, and the staff feel like their requests are actually being handled, which wasn’t the perception before.

What I like best is how well it fits into how we already work. We didn’t have to overhaul our processes, because Alloy was configurable enough to reflect them. The flexibility felt genuine, not just a marketing claim.
