What I highlight most about ActiveCampaign is that, despite being an extremely powerful tool, it is very easy to use. Its interface is clean, intuitive, and modern. It is a fantastic platform for email marketing: uploading HTML email files is very simple, but creating a template from scratch directly within the platform is just as easy. Regarding contacts, it is very straightforward to create lists and apply segmentations without any hassle. Another major plus is its native integrations with a wide variety of apps, alongside the ability to quickly connect via API if needed. On top of that, the automations section is simply excellent. It features a great variety of pre-built templates, while also making it very intuitive to build one from scratch. With the addition of Active Intelligence, everything has become even better; they constantly roll out new features that save a lot of time on a daily basis. Finally, I must highlight that the technical support and customer success team is excellent and always ready to help.

It’s the perfect size for our company - robust enough to have all of the features we need but not bloated with a lot extra that we never touch. The automation builder and list segmentation features are standout. When managing marketing copy and newsletters for various client accounts, being able to easily segment audiences ensures the right messaging reaches the right people.
