This allows me to tailor my communication specifically and deliver it more appropriately. Good Reporting & Tracking: I gain insight into how well my automations are running and how engaged the participants are. Based on this, I can make optimizations. Time-saving & Efficient: A lot can be set up automatically, e.g., tracking leads and participant reactions. This gives me more freedom to work on new product ideas. Pricing: With increasing contacts, the pricing is somewhat opaque at times. Integrations: There are many interfaces to other tools through which I can import contacts. Performance: The sending of large email campaigns and the execution of automations have so far worked without any delays.
