Intuitive CRM with Stellar Support
I like Act-On because the UI makes it very easy to understand and use. It's user-friendly for all team members, depending on what they are using it for. Even when something is not easy to understand, customer service is amazing and ready to help out. Act-On provides speed and efficiency in my processes, unlike Pardot, which had an older interface.

I find Act-On easy to use and value the excellent technological support they provide. It allows for efficient distribution of information, which is crucial for our needs.
