Communication was frequent and good. It was easy to integrate in our process. **What do you dislike about Zuru Services?** Some technical issues as well as some initial concerns with results. These issues were overcome and are no longer a problem. **What problems is Zuru Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zuru helped us annotate images to train our nerual networks. They were able to scale and meet our changing requirements and deadlines. ### 2. Their team set up a regular cadence with us to show the progress and challenges! **What do you dislike about Zuru Services?** Since the entire work was divided between multiple data annotators, the quality of the work was not consistent. Moreover, there was a slight deviation from the defined SOP, which resulted in double effort for us while ingesting the data in our systems. **Recommendations to others considering Zuru Services:** Overall, great team who can help out with the annotation or data cleanup-related services. **What problems is Zuru Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zuru helped us in cleaning up our food catalogue data. Being in the healthcare space, we want to give the most accurate information to our users when they look for healthy dishes and their recipes.
