Zuplo stands out with its exceptional customer support and seamless integration with GitHub. The ability to create API keys effortlessly and assign metadata and multiple users to a single key is a game-changer. The deployment process is simplified through a repository created for you, making it easier to integrate into any development cycle. Additionally, the supportive and responsive team, including co-founders, enhances the overall experience. I've been using Zuplo for several months, and its value is undeniable. Initially, Zuplo had a limit on the number of API keys per user, but they have since removed this restriction, addressing my primary concern. Early on, there were some minor bugs and outages, but these were resolved quickly and within the SLA. Currently, I have no significant dislikes about Zuplo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zuplo greatly improves our ability to prototype API contracts. It's also a wonderful tool for generating documentation, thanks to which we can expand and build on faster. Our API deployment is simplified with GitOps. If you need to spin up new environments, it is extremely easy and fast to do with Zuplo. All of the key features and built-in tools that Zuplo provides for our startup improves our agility and helps us iterate and deliver on a bigger and much faster scale. Overall, the pricing structure is reasonable and has great value, however with increase of usage the cost does go up and accumulate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We were looking for a fast time-to-live solution which implemented API key management and monetization. The support team was flawless via Discord, Email (and even got replies from the Co-founders themselves). They integrate with GitHub very well and you can deploy with a repository they create for you, which aids in the deployment process. I've been using it easily for several months now and can say that it is worth it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zuplo used to have a limit in their pricing plan for the number of API keys that can be assigned per user. However, this is no longer a negative as they have removed this limit! I am very happy with the result and have no remaining dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how easily Zuplo fits into a development cycle. There are included dev environments for each user and branch. They use Typescript functions as Policies (steps) in the request flow. They integrate directly with Github/VCS and facilitate PRs.
The natural "programmable" nature of it makes it easy to integrate Zuplo into any dev team and partner with developers to own it rather than have operations people do it. There are plenty of clean integrations that keep the same exepierience.
Finally, the onboarding and ongoing support we receive is phenomenal. Nate, Josh and team are responsive, thoughtful and energetic about fixing issues and making new features.
We Implemented a new product in about a month and migrated an existing product in about 2 weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We had some bumps in the road with bugs early on and a couple of small outages. But these were resolved quickly and within SLA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zuplo is one of the best tool I recently used to manage API's. The interface is cool and simple to navigate. The ability to navigate through the application helps to develop easyily. The features are helpful in the workflow. We can easily setup Zuplo. No hussles. The customer support helpful and docs are well articulated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am using this for the last couple of weeks and I feel nothing to dislike about this application. The pricing from the base to a higher is little high Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zuplo provides great out of box product for most of API management features.
1. API proxy, policy, documentation
2. creating and managing customer API key programmatically
3. Code as source for API documentation
All of these are easy to use and easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zuplo generate API documentation can be better (in terms of look and feel). It is not as complete as readme.com or mintlify, but hey, Zuplo is not a documentation centric company, so this is understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration process is seamless, and you can make changes as fast as you can commit to git. This is a massive time-saver and makes the workflow extremely developer-friendly. The fully-managed aspect means I don’t have to worry about the underlying infrastructure, which lets me focus more on building and less on maintaining. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Zuplo is fantastic overall, the documentation could be more comprehensive. As a developer, I rely heavily on clear and detailed documentation to understand all the features and capabilities. Currently, some areas are a bit sparse, which means I sometimes have to spend additional time experimenting or seeking support to figure things out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am a huge fan of things on the edge close to my users. Zuplo gives me just that and I don't have to spend time implementing basic things like auth key, rate limiting, filtering, etc.
Getting support from the Zuplo team has been great. Even before becoming a customer, they were always ready to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI can be made a bit more friendly for people who aren't too familiar with API Gateways Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like their dev centric approach and overall UI/UX. Their dedication to constantly improving the product is also a huge plus!
The feature set is extensive and none of the promised features are vaporware. The founder is very much involved in making the product better and listening to feedback (read: good customer support)
Going from zero to POC took little effort and the documentation is pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lambda integration could be further streamline + the platform could benefit from some more granular permissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zuplo is the lead software that enhances effective transformation of data from different sources. It has powerful infrastructure that can clean and format data to suit company policies. Zuplo has saved my team time that we usually used to feed data manually on our database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
