The app integration, the FSM eliminated the hassle of switching between multiple platforms and has helped me to maintain a streamlined workflow. This integration has saved me time, effort and I'm always thrilled using the FSM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing at all. I do consider Zuper being an amazing FSM making work and organization easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The easy way of working with the program. The good planning of many appointments with customers in one program. The good overview of all tasks we need to work on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The German translation is sometimes not right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The program is very flexible and easily tailored to business needs. The Team at Zuper is at your side during conversion and always promptly addresses any needs or modifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Data Upload: Due to the quantity of data we needed to transfer, the process of conversion was lengthy and some fields did not translate accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about Zuper is the customer support. The team continues to help us develop Zuper to where it will work for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It feels like the product is not yet complete and we're in the development phase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quality support, and I want to specify the agent name Abiramy who is on tech support. She is a good asset and she helped us in all our query and knowledge transfer. One thing, in particular, is timely response and follow-up from Abiramy. Zuper pro is a good app but we need some adjustments to be made as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes integration to our own billing software might cause duplicate entries, we need to explore more on the app to understand its working but we can always rely on their tech support when we need help. Some functions needed the developer's intervention for usage, such as job sheets which can be modified from uptrend only or we need to have basic HTML knowledge to do that. Invoicing/scheduling/time management/communication with customer and techs is excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration with Hubspot does not transfer the Geo location of customers into Zuper. One by one we have to enter it manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Flexibility is one key point I always look at when I evaluate platforms. Integrations within my ecosystem are what I appreciate about Zuper Pro, and support from the engineers is what I expect. Keep on smiling, guys! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, so good. Nothing to worry about when I go deep into the solution, and innovation is a permanent task Zuper delivers for current and new customers. I can only say that it's a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were looking for a service management app and came across Zuper. We got in touch with the team and quickly went through the demo. We have been using Zuper for the last 8 months. We liked the following things:

a. Quick turnaround: The team has quickly taken us through the demo and set up our account within three days. Additionally, whenever we have raised any additional requests for reports or bugs, the Zuper team solves them quickly.

b. Features and functionality: Zuper is loaded with all the possible functionality one needs to run a field service business. Their manager app is a boon for conveniently checking the status of services.

c. Great support: Zuper team has quick support where they solve bugs within a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There has not been a reason for disliking Zuper in any way. Zuper has made the management of service very convenient. There are a few features which can be enhanced further. However, this is part of the regular product roadmap.

One thing that Zuper can also add is allowing users to create a report themselves. User can select the key columns they want in their report and do the analysis they want. This would reduce the dependency on Zuper team to create a custom reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Time Saver - job tasks can be felt as low value, and repetitive, however, smarter ways can not only simplify and bring more visibility but also eliminate manual work. That makes both in-office and field teams feel cared, valued, and involved as ONE team.

Integrated with over 35 well-known Saas applications it allows data to be easily exchanged (accounting, ticketing, etc).

A particular feature is asset management that holds all hardware movements within Zuper at easy-to-have access to the flow or deployment in the field.

Customizable reports for everything you need to know, from operating people to Lead Management (a. assess cost-demanding assets for recurrent intervention to improve profitability; b. team and individual workload with efficiency opportunities). Monthly automated reports sent to clients with work intervention status and satisfaction feedback to secure long-term loyalty.

My particular "cherry feature" is the complete visibility of jobs for field service personnel via Zuper’s face ID and location-based check-in; always be aware of team members' activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

N/A.... Support has always been prompt to enable client implementation and take suggestions on board (however I could count only two that were not already considered or existing). This is the advantage of a niche mastery Saas that has thought it inside out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use that the system provides out of the box along with the intuitive nature and mobile friendly application for the field team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A little more automation would be helpful for certain tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
