On top of everything it is customer-friendly and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Zopper?** As far as I'm concerned there is not even a single point I dislike about Zopper, but they can enhance plugins and api modules to make Zopper more user-friendly, with these customization will be easy. **What problems is Zopper solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zopper helped us to buy Insurance for some items, we have used the Zopper Chat bot by uploading product pictures and some details and Zopper offered a wide range of insurers who offer insurance for the uploaded products with quotes. By selecting the insurer of my choice and completing payment. It does not only operate across all insurance segment but goes beyond, it gives you the poweer to manage and track your entire customer lifecycle using their CRM tool. How cool is that! **What do you dislike about Zopper?** There is nothing not to like about this platform, they are efficient, effective and delivers on their promises. The best part is that they can empower you to give power to your customers with their all in one customer app. **What problems is Zopper solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is not easy to track your customers insurance if you do not have a proper tool to do so especually if they have more than one per customer. Tracking the claims, updates, upgrades and sales can be a nightmare, however with Zopper you can rest assured that you will have not late night hours at the office. We can customize every single thing. By using zooper widget we can apply different different themes designs on our android screen. **What do you dislike about Zopper?** So if we talk about dislikes, for using zooper we need to install plugins also . And then only we will be able to use different widgets themes. So there is too much of downloading and installing things. **What problems is Zopper solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zooper is a good platform to use . I used zooper for creating widgets only . Like date time and month customized theme for my phone screen . I have created different layouts also through plugins. ### 5.
