The emails you need to send like a "Welcome" note or an "Order Shipped" notification just land in your customers' inboxes, looking clean and professional. **What do you dislike about Zoho ZeptoMail?** it's a great tool for sending emails, but if you want to build any kind of deeper workflow around those emails, it gets clunky fast. For example, you can't easily set up auto-responses based on whether someone opened a tracking email, or automatically move a support ticket to the next stage when a receipt is sent. That kind of logic needs to be built separately in your own app. **What problems is Zoho ZeptoMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** It takes a critical but hidden piece of my customer experience off my plate. I don't have to worry about emails failing, I don't have to manage email servers, and I don't have to see customers confused because they never got their login link. ### 2.
