For those not familiar with CRMs, it is simple to use. Although it doesn't have as many connectors and features as Hubspot, it still functions effectively if all you need is basic email marketing, contact management, and basic subscriptions and items. offers a superior substitute for WordPress that offers enhanced customization options and superior templates. Furthermore, the suite of products' integrations with other Zoho and non-Zoho applications are excellent. Additionally, the customer service is accurate and responsive in providing solutions. It's a all in one solution. Domain, hosting, builder, SSL all is managed with superb UI. Way more basic than WIX and WordPress, So easy to implement, which allows you to focus on your goals rather than spending time on learning and managing the tech. Customer Support is decent. You can integrate it with other Zoho products and third party analytics products like GA and Pixel. **What do you dislike about Zoho Sites?** Some things don't make sense at all. Like you can't have /blog URL for your blog. Even when you turn off comments for the page, it keeps showing O comments under title on your post. You can't use example.com as your primary domain. You must use the www.example.com as primary. So while its awesome if you are starting, but if you are looking for a luxury experience, this is definitely not the product to go for. **What problems is Zoho Sites solving and how is that benefiting you?** No random errors, no glitches, no snags. Zoho Sites is a straightforward web builder for dummies. My personal website and blog are built and hosted on Zoho Sites. SSL is managed automatically. Never experienced downtime. GTMetrx and Google pagespeed scores are awesome. Faced no problem with Cloudflare integration. I could literally build my site, issue SSL, add custom domain, integrate and automate everything and go online from scratch in three hours. ### 3. This product is not showing any promise after 2020. It feels like it's an abandoned product. You can't use this product in 2022. I don't recommend using this product. We have faced lots of crises caused by this product. Bugs just made our website unusable many times. -It is not mobile-friendly. You can't put 2 images next to each other on a mobile web page. It is 2022. Almost every website editor can do that. -It is not SEO friendly. It has SEO-friendly features on it but due to its poor mobile experience and limitations on design, you won't provide a good SEO experience to your users. -There are lots of limitations on design. You just can't have any creativity on this product. It is so hard to design something unique. -There are not enough design elements. We can change or modify any page or part of it with coding. You can create the website within 3 day max even for fresher who has no experience in website creation. I work for a small business so I am constantly wearing a million different hats. We looked into finding some kinf of communication software for the team that would help us all stay on track with different projects as well as know where everyone else was while working on the same project so we know when to prepare for next steps. I love how I can assign people to different projects and keep track of where everyone is in their assigned tasks with just one look. We have department managers that are not involved with the website and will never have a Zoho account. But I cannot share the preview with them and it's causing a lot of frustration. I've been creating websites for over 20 years and I've never not been able to share a preview link with my supervisor and coworkers. None of the links work on the preview either, so I can't tell if the link is indeed opening up in a new tab etc. There is a lot to be desired.
