Support is awful. There is currently no method to speak with anyone, only submitting messages and waiting for a reply. I submitted an urgent request last week and it was 8 hours before they got back to me.
Also, you cannot share the preview link with others who do not have a Zoho account. This is problematic to say the least. We have department managers that are not involved with the website and will never have a Zoho account. But I cannot share the preview with them and it's causing a lot of frustration. I've been creating websites for over 20 years and I've never not been able to share a preview link with my supervisor and coworkers. None of the links work on the preview either, so I can't tell if the link is indeed opening up in a new tab etc.
There is a lot to be desired. For the last 2 years, I used HubSpot to build websites and I truly miss that support, it was instant.
I hope it gets better for us Zoho Sites, I've been on hold on the general number this morning for almost 45 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
