As a small business owner, I don't have a big internal team but I do need an effective way to connect with and manage communications with clients. I appreciate that Zoho Connect is chock full of features. You can create, customize, and manage forums, files, manuals (e.g., user or policy manuals), tasks, events, notifications, a company directory, and more. For those with developer skills, you can create and integrate your own apps. If you're already a user of other apps in the Zoho product suite, which I am, you get seamless integration for tasks like CRM, and forms management. Unlike some apps, there's a high level of customization for fonts so that you can brand your content and inserting links and attachments requires no HTML. Everything is very user-friendly. Most significantly, the option to upload files and folders from Office 365 doesn't work if you're an Office 365 Business user. The link Zoho Connect provides only works for Microsoft Office 365 personal accounts. Secondly, with all of the customizations, there doesn't appear to be a way to brand the UI background itself. For example, some of the features included brightly colored graphic backgrounds. While this is not a deal breaker, it would be better if the UI was customizable. Having experience with the use of Zoho's products on a prior occasion, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Zoho had a direct integration for G-Mail. As our organization heavily utilizes the G-Business Suite and though I have been in the early stages of testing Zoho and its array of products, the Google integration is certainly a very beneficial feature that assists in streamlining Zoho's services into organization output. Without having fully utilized all of the full functionality and integrated features Zoho provides; I cannot say at this time that there are necessarily any "dislikes". Although it may not be directly related, I do wish that Zoho's reporting system was more user-friendly; as aggregating data and placing it on reports on a time restriction has a tendency of being cumbersome and less streamlined. I really like the calendar, events & task collaborative features this provides. For a large scientific development group, this has turned out to be very helpful, other than just corporate sector. I like that there is consideration for the switching between the larger platform of Google within Zoho, and it also makes it easier that they've considered and extended an option for working with outside entities to enable sharing between groups even on mismatched software.
