Zivvo Reviews & Product Details

Zivvo is a no-code AI agent platform for small businesses with active inbound customer messages. Connect your channels — Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp Business, Gmail/SMTP email, web chat, Telegram, LinkedIn comments — and Zivvo replies in under 30 seconds, 24/7, in your brand voice. Every reply is grounded in your real business knowledge (menus, price lists, FAQs, opening hours) and either verified against your knowledge base or escalated to a human — agents never invent facts. Built specifically for service businesses with active inbound volume: restaurants, dental and wellness clinics, yoga and fitness studios, gyms, salons, hotels, real estate, e-commerce stores, training providers, solicitors, accountants, and cleaning services. The platform replaces expensive per-seat customer support tools (Intercom, Drift) and flow-builder chatbots (ManyChat, Chatfuel) with a single AI brain that works across every channel. Free plan available: 2 agents, 50 messages, email and web chat. Pro from £29/mo flat for the whole business — not per seat, not per contact. GDPR-compliant by default with EU data residency.
