Her emails are clear, concise and easy to follow for even the most complicated issues I've encountered. **What do you dislike about Zirous?** It was a bit slow to start to get the training I needed to hit the ground running but once I was more familiar with Marketo and had a better grasp of identifying the issues and asking Zirous for exactly what I needed, the process and support became more efficient and streamlined. **Recommendations to others considering Zirous:** Zirous is a great company with dedicated people passionate about what they do. They have experts available to help guide you through your Marketo needs or assist in training you so you can become an expert yourself! **What problems is Zirous solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zirous has helped with our Marketo set up, growing our database, creating lead gen campaigns (branded templates and landing pages), troubleshooting and aligning our SFDC integration as well as day to day support. ### 2. She is knowledgeable in the systems we use and offers great suggestions for how we can reach an end goal using the tools we have available. **What do you dislike about Zirous?** We do not have any complaints about Zirous! **Recommendations to others considering Zirous:** We have had a great experience with Zirous so far, and highly recommended them (and Hannah) to anyone looking for a great technology solutions partner. **What problems is Zirous solving and how is that benefiting you?** We worked with our Digital Marketing Consultant, Hannah, to implement Adobe Marketo for our business. She provided trainings on how to use our new marketing automation system and helped with initial setup and integration with our CRM. Now we work with her regularly on a variety of digital marketing projects such as email campaigns, template customizations, lead scoring systems, building landing pages, and automating our database cleanup. ### 3. They take thorough notes of each meeting and track our progress over the course of the year so we can look back on the different projects we've accomplished. **What do you dislike about Zirous?** I don't have any negatives to say. They've been great! **What problems is Zirous solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've been working with Zirous for over a year to analyze our marketing automation setup, optimize integrations, and troubleshoot issues. They have been wonderful to partner with, and help give us an extra set of hands for certain tasks that our small team might not have the bandwidth for. That forced us to go over-budget.
