ZiRecs Reviews & Product Details

ZiRecs is workflow software built for records retrieval and copy service companies. It covers the whole job, from the moment an order comes in to the moment you get paid: order intake and AI Order Entry, subpoena tracking and follow-up, records production, a built-in PDF editor, reporting, automated billing and a client portal your customers can log into. There is nothing to install. If you have a computer and internet access, you have ZiRecs. ZiRecs is built on more than 25 years in the records retrieval industry, by people who have run the work it automates. It is designed to cut the keystrokes, clicks and repetitive steps that slow a copy service down, and your own processes help shape how it works for you.
