**What do you like best about Zipper?**

Using Zipper is very easy and cost effective. We came from squarespace and managing all of our clients with paypal and venmo, which was a lot of keep track of and not efficient.  With Zipper it's all in the one place and the interface is much easier to use.  Customer support is top notch as well as the cost of using the platform.

**What do you dislike about Zipper?**

Compared to some full service website hosting platforms like Squarespace, the functionality can feel a bit rigid but that makes it much simpler at the same time.  It's sort of a tradeoff but we've made it work for us really well with very little website development experience.

**What problems is Zipper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Billing, content organization, client management

We have not seen any downside while using Zipper.

**What do you like best about Zipper?**

Using Zipper is super intuitive, so building my website was a breeze.  The team has thought of everything that a health-related business could need - contact lists, email capabilities, a blog, and more, powered by AI.  I also love how responsive the team is - when I submit feedback, I see changes in the following 1-2 days.  I can tell that they are invested in my business' success!

**What do you dislike about Zipper?**

Of course, as a new platform, I know that there are still things to be worked out and improved.  As much as I would love to use the social media feature, I feel as though it's not quite specific enough for my business.  I would also love to see even more stats and analytics that pertain to the traffic of my site!

**What problems is Zipper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration of AI into the back-end business stuff - this saves me a lot of time and mental energy!  I also love that their team ensures that my site's SEO is on-point - that's something that has saved me a ton of time as well.
