Efficient Store Locator Web Application **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Shubham S. | CTF Player, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2023 **What do you like best about ZipMath?** Being in the digital world growing marketing leads to so many posters and redirects on the websites but on the ZipMath website it is so super straight forward and without any of those ads, It is really efficient when you want to find stores, It really works amazing **What do you dislike about ZipMath?** ZipMath User Interface is too old, it should need a new modern design, Also I had once open a non https website of ZipMath which is quite not good in terms of security when you share your data, looking into the support section the website doesn't have live support which is quite useful when you have urgent questions to ask fast. **What problems is ZipMath solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zipmath helped me find various stores in the zip codes that I didn't know before, Even sometimes some electronic parts are harder to find with ZipMath I found many relevant stores and got the parts that are harder to find in some regions. ### 2. Also, there are two things I don't like; they are pricey: 1. You can't change the radius miles number; it's just 25 and fixed. I wish this could be increased to like 50 or decreased. 2. You can't change the number of locations from like 3 to 5. It's just fixed. Also, it's basically like google maps except priced and it links to google maps for directions. **What problems is ZipMath solving and how is that benefiting you?** ZipMath helped me find some stores that I didn't even know about possibly. This is really nice. ### 4. As it's sometimes hard to find a product, this is extremely helpful and it is a straightforward website. **What do you dislike about ZipMath?** I dislike that it is only the US and Canada, though I believe US/Canada make up a good portion of population, it would be nice for the future to expand to other regions that could also benefit from this software. **What problems is ZipMath solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding a store that best provides my needs in terms of looking for a product in a specific region. As I travel a lot, this could be extremely useful when I'm looking for products not in my region. ### 5. But I realize this is not an actual complaint in terms of features or usage. **What problems is ZipMath solving and how is that benefiting you?** We deal with companies and services all over the lower 48 and often companies will need goods or employees in a certain radius of a city or cities, and this helps us greatly in determining their entire geographic location. ### 6. Then there is store finder software which is easy to use and helps me to find location online and edit it simeonteniously and publish it. **What do you dislike about ZipMath?** Not much but only regarding there customer support that they don't have live, phone support presently and also don't have support on app training's which sometimes feels lagging **What problems is ZipMath solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving my problems related to location of my store to be finding easily by my customers and ultimately boosting my stores buiseness. Also helping to find within radius of our store which are the great places. ### 7. It helps to provide location information when searching for products. **What do you dislike about ZipMath?** There are three things about ZipMath that I dislike. 1.) The interface looks very old. 2.) It only has information for the US and Canada, which means some areas are not covered. 3.) It does seem pricey for what it does. **What problems is ZipMath solving and how is that benefiting you?** ZipMath has helped me locate stores that I hadn't previously known about and it is nice when you are in a new area that you aren't familiar with.
