I also love the draft automated emails that it generates in order to personalize my message to potential clients. Implementation is extremely easy, especially with Microsoft Outlook. The dossiers also provide in-depth information about my connections that I would have not known without Zinnia. Finally, Zinnia creates outstanding draft email messages that integrate into Outlook. This is a no-brainer. The free stuff is great, but you are leaving revenue on the table if you don't sign up for the premium content.
