**What do you like best about Zinier?**

Zinier provides excellent out of the box field service essentials to set up your service, with an easy to use low code alternative to implement customizations. It makes integrating custom behaviors and external systems seamless.
A smooth update pipeline makes it easy to integrate new changes and features to the platform without affecting existing business continuity.
You also get immaculate support from the Zinier team for all your queries.

**What do you dislike about Zinier?**

None so far! I find it easy to use and implement.

**What problems is Zinier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zinier helps implement field service essentials and integrates existing systems, it helps me track and maintain my orders on time and provide solutions for my needs.

**What do you like best about Zinier?**

An excellent platform for making any type of configurations needed! I haven't seen any limitations to any customer requirements. Everything can be done, and the best part is that it is 100% configurable.  
One of the most interesting features, and one that customers value the most, is the ability to diagram workflows and entire processes within the tool using the workflow builder module.  
Additionally, the ability to extend the data model offers a huge set of possibilities for any requirement.  
In my opinion, it is the most advanced Field Service tool I have worked with.

**What do you dislike about Zinier?**

I haven't identified any aspects that I really dislike. I could say that, as a product so open to configurations, you need to learn how to use the tool properly. But this is simply a result of a great advantage that Zinier has.

**What problems is Zinier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It primarily allows you to address any customer requirement without the need to use external systems to help resolve it. I have worked with other products where a large part of the requirements cannot be addressed, and functionalities have to be invented in middlewares or other systems to help solve it. In Zinier, this doesn't happen—you can resolve everything within the tool.

**What do you like best about Zinier?**

The low-code and no-code capabilities have made a huge difference for our team—allowing us to build features faster and more effectively. The ability to create workflows and mobile applications quickly, without the need for extensive coding, has significantly speed up our processes and made things much more efficient. With powerful visibility and seamless integration into our tech stack, we're able to keep everything connected and stay ahead of the curve.

mostly I feel comfortable working with zinier.

Zinier assists in integrating current systems and putting field service fundamentals into practice. It also helps me keep track of and fulfill my orders on schedule and meets my needs.

Simple UI, multiple useful features, etc.

Not sure about it, for now. Maybe some more features can be added for can added a chatbot for guiding new users.

Handling multiple users working on different jobs is not an easy task, so Zinier makes Management easier.

Zinier's low-code capabilities have significantly accelerated our app development process for field service operations. The ease of building custom workflows and mobile apps has helped us reduce development time while maintaining flexibility.

**What do you dislike about Zinier?**

There isn't much to dislike. It would be great if the platform offered even more pre-built templates for specific use cases in field service management, but that's more of a wish for added convenience.

Zinier benefits me by improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and enhacing overall productivity. Using automated workflows and real-time data everything becomes faster and more accurate.

**What do you like best about Zinier?**

1. Our field techs love the app - easy to use, intuitive and great CX
2. Zinier gives us a holistic visibility into our field operations and integrates with all our technology stack
3. With their no-code builder, implementation was quick and we know we can adapt easily when the business grows

**What do you dislike about Zinier?**

So far, we have not found any downsides.

**What problems is Zinier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Zinier, we were using a homegrown ticketing system with point asset management solutions. Too much time was spent on daily logs and close-out packages.
We had overloaded coordinators with backlog of high volume of service requests and manual work led to inaccurate data and delayed documentation.

With Zinier we capture data as technicians move through tasks via the Zinier’s mobile app. We have automated scheduling and dispatching in a single interface and we auto-generate close-out packages and identify anomalies via AI.

**What do you like best about Zinier?**

My team is saving tons of time, I am getting the visibility that I need and we can adapt to changes in business requirements from our clients. Having a tool that is built for field service and with the specifications that we need to manage our rollouts has proven to be a deal changer in how we operate.

**What do you dislike about Zinier?**

Nothing at this point. App has been great and the team at Zinier has been a thought partner. When faced with issues, Zinier has responded and solved them within SLAs, making it easier for us to comply with ours.

**What problems is Zinier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many problems are being solved at this point, but there are 3 that are the highlights: 1) customer experience, 2) technician efficiency in the field and 3) back office coordination.

**What do you like best about Zinier?**

Ability to do low code development for workflows and mobile experience enables us to move a lot faster than with other fsm vendors we experienced

**What do you dislike about Zinier?**

I don't really have anything off hand that I don't like.  Would like to see a html5 version of the app but that isn't a complaint

**What problems is Zinier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have seen approx 30% increase in jobs completed per day by techs and we have been able to reduce back off staff by half
