What do you like best about Zinier?

Zinier provides excellent out of the box field service essentials to set up your service, with an easy to use low code alternative to implement customizations. It makes integrating custom behaviors and external systems seamless.

A smooth update pipeline makes it easy to integrate new changes and features to the platform without affecting existing business continuity.

What do you like best about Zinier?

An excellent platform for making any type of configurations needed! I haven't seen any limitations to any customer requirements. Everything can be done, and the best part is that it is 100% configurable.

One of the most interesting features, and one that customers value the most, is the ability to diagram workflows and entire processes within the tool using the workflow builder module.

Additionally, the ability to extend the data model offers a huge set of possibilities for any requirement.

In my opinion, it is the most advanced Field Service tool I have worked with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zinier?

I haven't identified any aspects that I really dislike. I could say that, as a product so open to configurations, you need to learn how to use the tool properly. But this is simply a result of a great advantage that Zinier has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zinier?

My team is saving tons of time, I am getting the visibility that I need and we can adapt to changes in business requirements from our clients. Having a tool that is built for field service and with the specifications that we need to manage our rollouts has proven to be a deal changer in how we operate. What do you like best about Zinier?

Ability to do low code development for workflows and mobile experience enables us to move a lot faster than with other fsm vendors we experienced Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zinier?

I don't really have anything off hand that I don't like. Would like to see a html5 version of the app but that isn't a complaint Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
