## Zilore Reviews
  ### 1. Simple, reliable, fast georouting and failover DNS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy J. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Zilore?**

Miniman and simple interface, does the job

**What do you dislike about Zilore?**

Nothing except that it's shutting down service in July 2024!

**What problems is Zilore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Georouting and Failover. I wanted to route customers from different continents to different servers

  ### 2. An Excellent platform for SMB

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel R. | Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Zilore?**

It is extremely intuitive, with very good response times for support and flexible enought for medium orgs. Their DNS management works with even the weirderst domain hosts ( in my case it was the Romanian National Domain Authority) and it integrates perfectly with things like O365 or G-Suite

**What do you dislike about Zilore?**

I have no dislikes to be honest. One thing i believe they could improve is either provide a phone number for support, or have a live chat

**Recommendations to others considering Zilore:**

It's the best service out there for the price. If you know how to set up an DNS, it's easy

**What problems is Zilore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our NPO had no DNS controller, and we use multiple services that require DNS routing. ZILORE solved all of them for us, and if an NPO oir size can afford it, anyone can

  ### 3. The greatest DNS service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amir G. | CEO of a hosting company, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Zilore?**

I've been using Zilore for more than a year now, never faced any issue with them. Their anycast DNS helped me to optimise the website's speed and load time.

**What do you dislike about Zilore?**

The service is so great, there is nothing I don't like.

**Recommendations to others considering Zilore:**

Zilore is a great DNS service, I highly recommend you to use it.

**What problems is Zilore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My problem was to find the best solutions to optimise my website and Zilore helped me a lot to achieve that.

  ### 4. Great service at great price!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge R. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Zilore?**

The possibilitites that bring the API and the excellent price

**What do you dislike about Zilore?**

For the time being, there is no downside, beyond having our previously managed DNS service in hands of a third party

**Recommendations to others considering Zilore:**

The webpace doesn't give a lot of confidence, but the service really stands it

**What problems is Zilore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The managing of an old BIND9 installed in a lot of servers is far more convenient operated automatically since we are using zilore services.

  ### 5. Affordable geolocated DNS with great Failover features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guillaume L. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Zilore?**

The GeoDNS and Failover features were the reason we signed up, we were not able to find a competing service that offers so many features. Their support is usually responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Zilore?**

The web interface could use more directions. It's simple but a bit basic.

**What problems is Zilore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zilore has allowed us to deploy a worldwide redundant, geolocated service for a big customer, all of this at low operating costs.

  ### 6. The best managed DNS service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander K. | DevOps, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2019

**What do you like best about Zilore?**

We tried many different DNS providers, but Zilore turned out to be the most reliable and useful. One of the fastest and most stable anycast network in the world. Amazing friendly support.

**What do you dislike about Zilore?**

There is nothing special to highlight. Everything is perfect.

**What problems is Zilore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We built our CDN platform to distribute traffic to our users based on Zilore's GeoDNS service.

  ### 7. Best anycast DNS-service so far

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Zilore?**

Using Zilore since closed beta, it's the best anycast DNS-service so far (and I've tried different ones). High stability (can't even recall any serious service outage), presence in many cities across all continents, great connectivity between servers which causes low latencies for customers, very intuitive management interface providing snapshots of all records, zone templates/presets and requests statistics - everything you may need from DNS-service plus some more, like e-mail/web forwarding and website failover.

**What do you dislike about Zilore?**

There is no policy-based access control for API.

**What problems is Zilore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using in production for services requiring high SLA.
