This saves time. It avoids the need to acquire data into one format and then adapt it for the platform. o Lay out: Access to all data submitted in a logical order, easy to draw on / refer back to. -The commuting survey linked to the website is great. Saves a huge amount of time. **What do you dislike about Zevero?** Not being able to put a single annual mileage for owned vehicles. Assigning definitions to some of the terminology on the site. It’s close to hand while inputting the data **What problems is Zevero solving and how is that benefiting you?** A far greater accuracy in calculating our Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions. Reporting and data arrangement from Zevero helped with our emissions reporting. We have a baseline carbon footprint to map a reduction plan from. ### 2. The best feature of the online platform is that it can be shared among colleagues at work, allowing more than one set of eyes to contribute to the very valuable reporting process. **What do you dislike about Zevero?** There were initially some filter features that were difficult to navigate; however, with various updates to the platform, the system is operating much better. **What problems is Zevero solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to spotlight our emissions hot spots for our operation, allowing us to take a granular approach to using environmental data to support business decisions that have a direct impact on operational efficiencies. Additionally, with the use of the product carbon footprint analysis, we can illuminate a part of our business that wasn't possible before. ### 3. They are flexible and supportive. They don't feel like typical consultants - in the best way. **What do you dislike about Zevero?** I can't say there is anything to complain about. **What problems is Zevero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making carbon accounting easier and a bit more stress-free (although I still have to nag people for data, so it can’t be completely stress-free). I’ve found the results to be reliable and not as prone to human error, which was an issue we ran into with a previous provider. Fundamentally - I get time back using Zevero and that is beyond helpful. ### 4. When that data isn’t accessible or doesn’t integrate smoothly, it results in a significant amount of manual data entry. Their dashboard is user-friendly, and the team is always responsive and couldn't be more helpful. There are easy templates for my team to use so that each team has ownership of their data collection. I'm happy that I chose a partner that is continuously adding offerings as my company's sustainability needs grow. All of our data is easily accessibl,e and in the coming years, we'll have a bank of verified data that we can draw from when trying to gain new customers. **What do you dislike about Zevero?** The only downside to using Zevero is that my data is static. However, this is solely due to my company's internal system. Once we establish an ERP system, we will be able to access our live data on Zevero whenever necessary. **What problems is Zevero solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is providing an all-inclusive sustainability system for me. I initially engaged Zevero to track my emissions, but now that all of our data is on the system, we have just begun calculating our Product carbon footprint. This can track the lifecycle of our products, and it requires very little input from my side. Towards the end of this year, Zevero are going to help me establish a carbon reduction plan, based on our two years of data from the emissions calculation stage ### 9. We have established a monthly process to ensure we stay on top of our carbon footprint on an ongoing basis, and they provide open lines of communication to answer any questions that we have about anything related to the platform. **What do you dislike about Zevero?** Changes to data (i.e. re-benchmarking of emissions factors, etc) aren't always communicated proactively which can sometimes drive a bit of confusion around our carbon footprint calculations. **What problems is Zevero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Access to carbon accounting expertise and emissions factor databases that we don't have the skills for internally in our business. Having our carbon footprint calculated and verified by a third-party supplier in accordance with the GHG Protocol also gives us extra confidence in the legitimacy of our numbers and enables us to talk about our carbon footprint with confidence. ### 14. Everything is very much simplified to a point where people without prior knowledge of carbon accounting should be able to navigate the platform as well as upload necessary data. Even if one does not have prior knowledge, Zevero is there to answer any questions and clear up any confusion. Lastly, using Zevero is great because they act like an auditor, so you know when you use them then your carbon footprint will likely be very accurate. **What do you dislike about Zevero?** From a personal point of view, I’m not thrilled that Zevero uses AI. While it certainly makes things much easier from both our end and their end, I personally have gripes about the impact of AI on the environment, individuals, and society. **What problems is Zevero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zevero gives us the opportunity to have an in-depth look at our carbon footprint and, most notably, our supply chain's carbon footprint. It's becoming increasingly important for businesses to calculate and publish their carbon footprints, and Zevero is benefitting us by providing an accessible, auditable, and relatively accurate carbon footprint for each scope. ### 17.
