What do you dislike about Zeni?

I have no dislikes. It's not less expensive than my prior bookkeeper, but way more valuable because of the time it frees up, and the team of experts watching my books and reviewing them with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zeni:

Consider the amount of time you spend with finances versus running or growing your business. Personally, I have spent collective hours every month saving receipts, answering emails, uploading files, downloading statements, and all that busywork.

Zeni has eliminated so many steps through intelligent QuickBooks Plus connections and smart software and it leaves me with a clear, easy-to-understand dashboard that can help me see our financials and make decisions more quickly and intelligently.

Personally, I like numbers, but have a ton of things to do to drive my business forward, so hiring Zeni to take care of the books and provide expert guidance and advice was a no-brainer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scam, Fraud, Deducted thousands of dollars from our bank 'by accident'"

What do you like best about Zeni?

Nothing. We have not received the service we've paid for, for more than 8 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zeni?

We engaged with Zeni in June to clean up our revenue and accounting. It's been EIGHT MONTHS, and we've paid Zeni over EIGHT THOUSAND dollars, and it's STILL NOT DONE.

Last month, they deducted 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS from our bank without our approval. It turned out to be an 'accident' - and then took over a week for them to return the money.

Every interaction with them, they give me the runaround. Our revenue is not done. I have received literally nothing of value after paying more than 8 thousand dollars over the last 8 months.

So now, I stopped payments, and I've demanded that they finish our revenue before I continue paying. And now they've paused services.

I will be reporting this fraudulent company to the FTC. This is a scam company dressed in fancy technology. These are fraudsters.
