Zeitflex Reviews & Product Details

Zeitflex is a web-based time and attendance system for small employers in Germany that prepares working hours for payroll but does not run payroll itself. Staff record time in a phone browser, on a shared tablet terminal with a personal six-digit PIN, or on a desktop PC; the terminal accepts clock-ins for up to 72 hours without internet. Breaks, rounding and premiums for night, Sunday and public holiday work are calculated to the minute, and rounding never goes against the employee. Possible conflicts with the German Working Hours Act are flagged early, while the decision stays with the employer. Only owners and managers may correct entries, always with a written reason that is kept in the change log. At month end the period is approved and locked, then exported as DATEV LODAS, DATEV Lohn und Gehalt or CSV for the accountant. The Pro plan adds shift planning with swap requests. All employee data is hosted in Germany.
