Growth Shield allows organisations to extend the Foundation Shield by adding additional compliance and governance modules as requirements evolve. Modules are licensed annually from £1,000 per module per year and are added to the existing system structure rather than deployed as standalone tools. User access to added modules is covered by the organisation’s existing licence model, with additional users available where required. Growth Shield enables expansion into additional ISO standards and governance domains while maintaining a single, integrated system for records, permissions, reporting and audit evidence.

Third-Party Portals provide controlled external access for suppliers, customers and employees to collaborate securely within the Zebsoft platform. Portals are licensed annually and include role-based, restricted access to submit information, respond to actions, participate in audits and provide evidence without exposing the core management system. Supplier and Customer Portals are priced from £120 per external user per year, subject to minimum user volumes. The Employee Portal is licensed as a fixed annual service. User access is configured based on governance requirements rather than open system access.
