I have found Zarca Survey Software very useful for organizing surveys for my projects in a very easy way. It is a web based tool with integrated survey tool where you can set up various kinds of questions as well as different branching and data analysis options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Has complex branching logic or skip logic features which are suitable for desktop surveys are sometimes not suitable for mobile surveys. It is a very different kind of tool for surveys. It manages customer satisfaction surveys, Customer Services, or even employee-related surveys. The best thing is that it already has many inbuilt survey questionnaires, and users if required, can add or delete the questions and update the choices of answers as per the business needs. Survey design is excellent and comprises tools and pages, which make the survey design very impressive. Survey after designing the formatting a little bit adjusted as per the screen image of the device, and sometimes the output of the choices will show in the next page. Best thing I like in this application is it helps in data import and export and we can make surveys easily because of neat UI.

Great data analysis and reporting formats. Data pull is very easy from zarca - one click solutions. Some formats like bar chart data pull is so quick and client ready which saves alot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The question types are not as comprehensive but they're always making upgrades which is helpful. I think the biggest limitation is when you want only certain answer options to appear for respondents as a follow up to the previous question, it doesnt let you do that for question types.
