**What do you like best about Zaion?**

I particularly appreciate the flexibility of this innovative provider. Together we have managed to be permanently available for our customers with little waiting time. Especially in times of crisis and rapidly changing conditions, this technology creates stability and security.

**What do you dislike about Zaion?**

A clear upward trend in terms of resources and IT capacity is noticeable. Zaion's communication could be more active / proactive in parts.

**Recommendations to others considering Zaion:**

I definitely recommend giving it a try and exploring the technical possibilities of the bot with Zaion. Constant availability, cost savings and also the possibility of mapping complex issues via voice bot are an immense competitive advantage.

**What problems is Zaion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zaion's Call bot enabled us to automate a significant part of the call volume. It is used for various use cases. Among other things, complex tasks such as authorization and coverage checks have to be performed. Call volumes are usually not distributed homogeneously over a certain period of time. In addition to cost savings, this technology helps to cope with peaks without causing longer waiting times for the customer.

**What do you like best about Zaion?**

We work together with Zaion to set realistic targets and achieve those . I have been working very closely with a wonderfull project manager, reacting fast to our requests and offering a wide range of suggestions to improve and enrich our callbot.

**What do you dislike about Zaion?**

To be honest, I do not see anything particularly wrong.

**Recommendations to others considering Zaion:**

Nothing better than a demonstration to understand the potential gain.

**What problems is Zaion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During the first lockdown, we developed in only a few days a solution to record issues in order to answer our customers’ queries. We then added other features: for instance, our customers receive [certificates? De quoi s’agit-il exactement ?], immediately and without human intervention.

**What do you like best about Zaion?**

Zaion helped us durung the first covid crisis by setting up within 5 days a callbot when we where unable to answer tthe phone. They are smart, reactive , reliable and customer centric, a great partner to work with !

**What do you dislike about Zaion?**

no downsides, everything was smooth and perfect

**What problems is Zaion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we extended the use of the Zaion callbot to new use cases. Zaion enables us to adress the request of our customers when all our lines are busy. instead of calling us back, the customer has the possibility to explain to the bot why he is calling, and his request is automatically transcripted into a text and integrated as a case our agents can easily handle.

I appreciate yhe availability of teams, the quality and fluidity of exchanges.
We have been working together for more than a year by the method of small steps and continuous improvement.

No downsides. For each situation : one solution.

Zaion allowed us to maintain the link with our customers during the lockdown period. Use cases have been developing since.

**What do you like best about Zaion?**

As a startup they work in an agile mode with a high intrest on the Customers needs. I appreciate their international deployment of their solutions.

**What do you dislike about Zaion?**

They should inform in a most efficient way how their digital solutions are improving and the value added creation they can bring to the customers

**What problems is Zaion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seamless experience for our customers, with no need to depend on a platform to handle their needs. Zaion Chatbot is a very good way to create selfcare use cases and improve the CX in a multichannel strategy
