As a senior AI and technology lawyer, Zafer is my eSignature platform of choice. Its easy to use, and balances usability with security.
Zafer’s account setup process is efficient - its easy to set up an account and a biometric password, as well as different sets of eSignatures for different use cases. I like that because it means I can use Zafer for both business, and personal uses. Zafer's pricing plan is also very easy to understand - not at all complicated. I liked the free trial but quickly paid for a subscription as I wanted to use the platform on a more longer-term basis and utilise the features that a paid subscription offered.
The user interface is intuitive - it requires a little bit of training but is easy to understand with a drag-and-drop functionality for placing signature tags. Theoretically you could get going with your first document with no training at all.
Security is a fundamental aspect of Zafer’s offerings. I need a secure platform which can be easily audited to prove a user has signed or approved a document for legal reasons. The platform utilises blockchain technology to deliver tamper-resisistent digital signatures - I always place a forensic QR token on each docucment to enable users and other people within the workflow to scan it to see an audit trail of how a document had been eSigned. Thats always really helpful and builds trust with people I have sent the document to!
All in all - I love it. Highlighly recommend it, and would encourage people to trial it and see how it offers a lot more than other eSignature platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only that I miss having a chat-function to seek advice from Zafer's customer support team - I know its available as part of an enterprise plan but for first time users it may be a turn off having to wait for responses to answer basic questions! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
