Yo!Coach has a lot of problems, so they don't really solve my problems. At the beginning, it worked, but then it created so many problems. The platform is not stable at all, and sometimes it doesn't show the timezone. Even the basic booking feature doesn't work properly. Some features are too fixed to only fit a coaching business. It would be great if it could be more flexible to fit other type of online intereactions like telemedicine, multiple scheduling capabilities, and subusers in case that the coach/teacher/doctor has a secretary to manage the practice. Fatbit Technologies/Yo-Coach have been really amazing in helping us start our online teaching business. We did A LOT of comparisons, demos, and research into other platforms available out there and prior to committing to Fatbit. Fatbit was the best value for money, functionality, and best suited to our needs and business model. They were always available to answer questions, give advice and guide us. We are very happy with our purchase. Some minor bugs were fixed, and everything is up and running smoothly. Customizations will be needed in the future, but that is understandable and expected. The functionality itself has been very well designed and executed for user-friendliness. The support staff is always available and willing to meet on short notice and often at late hours for them which is really appreciated. They consistently go the extra mile and help out wherever they can.
