**What do you like best about YmplePay?**

A small team creating a relatively simple soution for crypto-payments. It is still in very early stages but the team has been very pragmatic and proactive, in special regarding security. I am very glad that security is built-in and not some post-market add-on. The blockchain and smartcontract implementations are rather good considering their constraints. 

It's very easy to implement with third-parties.

**What do you dislike about YmplePay?**

Still in Beta stage. Some rough corners and documentation is still lacking. However, the support team compensate for that. The native apps are still in development.

**What problems is YmplePay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending / receiving crypto is rather simple if you know what you're doing. YmplePay has helped some customers who were unfamiliar with crypto to use the technology for what is supposed to be used: making payments.
