## About Yanno
Yanno is AI takeoff and estimating software for commercial construction estimators. Upload a PDF plan set in your browser, and Yanno detects walls, doors, rooms and glazing and measures them in minutes per sheet. Wall footage can be broken out by wall type, read from the wall tags or legend on the sheet. Yanno also reads door schedules into counts by door type, frame type and hardware group. Every detection stays editable. Review the takeoff, box-select rooms and reclassify them in one action, or adjust shapes vertex by vertex. Measure anything else by hand with line, area, count and linear tools. Symbol search and text search count repeated items across a sheet. Quantities flow straight into an estimate worksheet. Price labor, material, equipment and subcontract on each line, apply saved cost assemblies, and add general conditions and markups. When the estimate is done, export a branded proposal PDF or an Excel workbook. Your rates and templates do the pricing, never the AI. Yanno runs in the browser, with nothing to install.
