I work 100% remotely as a virtual co‑host and REVA partner, using systems, dashboards, and clear workflows instead of boots‑on‑the‑ground management. Core services Remote Airbnb co‑hosting and STR operations support: listing setup, guest messaging, check‑in/check‑out workflows, cleaner coordination, house rules, welcome guides, and backend systems. Real estate virtual assistant services: contract‑to‑close support, listing coordination, admin, and operations help for agents and brokers. Systems and portal building: Notion and Google Workspace dashboards, owner/co‑host portals, and simple financial tracking for what the co‑host is owed (not full property management accounting). Who it’s built for YAB Pro is designed for solo hosts and small real‑estate teams who are overwhelmed by day‑to‑day operations but don’t want (or can’t justify) hiring a full property management company. My best‑fit clients are owners and agents with a growing but still lean portfolio who value tight systems, clear communication, and high guest satisfaction over flashy branding. How my model works legally I operate as a remote “virtual co‑host / Airbnb concierge” and real‑estate VA, staying on the operations side and leaving licensing, funds collection, and formal property‑manager duties to the owner or their broker/PM company. That means I don’t hold rent, security deposits, or maintenance funds; instead, I design and run the workflows, messaging, and coordination that keep the property and transaction moving smoothly.
