Xpert Lens Reviews & Product Details

Xpert Lens is an AI interviewer and assessment platform for hiring teams in India and the Middle East. For each role, the recruiter chooses what to run: an assessment only, a simulated interview only, or both in one session, and gets a report to match. The AI interviewer speaks with candidates in English, Hinglish and Indian languages, builds its questions from the role's competencies, and asks a follow-up when an answer is thin. Every finding in the report is backed by the candidate's own words, with a rating per competency, screening details such as notice period and expected pay, and the full transcript. Communication is judged on clarity, never accent. Built-in proctoring flags tab switching, leaving full screen and other people in view, with a separate integrity rating that never changes the hiring recommendation. Reports attach straight to the candidate's record in Xpert ATS.
