Xpedit Reviews & Product Details

Xpedit is a route planning and optimization software designed specifically for delivery drivers and last-mile logistics companies operating in Spain and Latin America. The platform uses advanced algorithms and artificial intelligence to calculate the most efficient delivery routes, reducing driving time, fuel consumption, and operational costs. Xpedit helps independent delivery drivers (autónomos) and small-to-medium logistics companies plan routes with any number of stops — from 10 to over 100 — solving a common limitation found in general-purpose navigation apps. The software automatically reorders stops to minimize total distance and travel time, taking into account real-time traffic conditions and delivery constraints. Key features and capabilities include: • Intelligent route optimization that calculates the fastest sequence for all delivery stops using multiple solver engines • Voice-powered stop entry, allowing drivers to add addresses hands-free while on the road • Real-time GPS navigation with turn-by-turn directions integrated with Google Maps and Waze • Proof of delivery with photo capture and digital signatures for each stop • Cloud synchronization so routes and delivery data are accessible across devices • Estimated time of arrival (ETA) tracking for each stop along the route • Route history and analytics to monitor delivery performance over time • Support for time windows and delivery constraints when scheduling stops • Available in Spanish and English, with an interface designed for the Spanish market Xpedit is available as a mobile application for both iOS and Android devices, making it accessible directly from a driver's smartphone. The platform offers a free tier for basic route planning, as well as Pro and Pro+ subscription plans for professional drivers who need unlimited stops, advanced optimization, and priority support. The software is particularly well-suited for courier services, food delivery operations, pharmaceutical distribution, e-commerce last-mile delivery, and any business that requires efficient multi-stop route planning on a daily basis.
