**What do you like best about XNSPY?**

I really like the remote access. Once it’s set up, I don’t need to touch the device again. Everything updates on the dashboard, and I can check in anytime. That level of convenience makes a huge difference.

**What do you dislike about XNSPY?**

The biggest issue for me is delayed syncing. Sometimes the data doesn’t update in real time like you’d expect, messages, GPS, or logs can take a while to show up, which defeats the purpose when you need instant info.

**What problems is XNSPY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using XNSPY, the main problem it solves for me is lack of visibility and control over company owned device’s activity,and honestly, that’s where most of the value comes from.

Before using it, I had no real way of knowing what was happening on company owned devices  unless I physically checked it. Now, everything is centralised and accessible remotely, which changes a lot.

I use XNSPY primarily to keep track of business-related mobile activity and maintain visibility across team communication. I like how Xnspy provides clear, centralised visibility into devices activities, including location, apps usage, and communications, this makes managing remote or field teams much easier and improve accountability without needing constant check-ins and  has great pricing with the perfect interface after the little stress getting onboard.

The initial setup can be quite technical and requires access to the devices to be monitored, also there can be minor delays with syncing, so its not always perfect real time.

Overall, Xnspy help me track how company devices are used, ensuring transparency and productivity across the teams using the devices 
reducing the needs for presence on sight. with field team, as I can easily tell what is going on with the team from the device usage.

**What do you like best about XNSPY?**

I was looking for a reliable monitoring solution, and eventually I found Xnspy. It has a cool list of features that tracks all the data of the target device. The best functionality I loved about Xnspy is its Keylogger functionality, which provides me with all the texts and messages to the dashboard. I liked other features too such as such as Location Tracking, Web History, Phone Logs, and others.

**What do you dislike about XNSPY?**

There are a lot of screenshots appearing on the screen while using the Screen Recording feature. Obviously, this is for detailed screen information, but I find it difficult to sort out between different screenshots. I would rather recommend using its Live Screenshot feature, so you will get what you are looking for on the screen concurrently. The app still has to work on its interface and real-time tracking. Sometimes I don’t get updated information on time. Moreover, the installation process is time-consuming, and you have to be careful about all the permissions on the target device.

Xnspy solves many problems, whether it's monitoring friends or family, employee tracking, or capturing crucial business calls. In my case, I use it for my family monitoring purposes, and it has been doing great so far. My younger brother and sister are using smartphones too casually, so using Xnspy, I can see what they are doing on the phone.

I am running a fleet business, and every time, I need to track my drivers. The most stunning feature I like is the GPS and geo-fencing functionality. So, whenever the driver is on the wrong route or going to an inappropriate location, I get an update on my phone. This is something that made me worry-free. What's more, I can do my employee device tracking, such as checking phone logs, tracking phone calls, call recording, and much more. A super tool to keep everyone on-page and increase productivity.

I would like to mention two things here. The interface should be a little advanced for my liking, but it is covered by good app functionality, which is always up to the mark. It also requires a little patience when installing it, but once it's set up, it is highly functional.

The live screen recording, browsing history tracking, and app activity logs have been extremely useful. We specifically likes the app blocking feature. It helped keep the team focused ans accountable.

Although the app runs smoothly, I wish it offered more flexible pricing options for teams. Managing individual subscriptions adds up, although the yearly subscription is not bad, but it would help.

I genuinely enjoyed the keyword alert function and the surrounding recording. I included several words and phrases to the list, and whenever my son types any of those terms, I receive a notification consistently, which allowed me to grasp the issues. I included places that assisted me in monitoring him. Whenever he departs from school and is running late, I promptly document the environment to determine his location

The application provides limited controls. I can block and unblock apps, and I can lock the phone, but it would be helpful if the phone automatically blocked after a specified timer.

We have been using Xnspy primarily for employees phones who have to go out of the office for work. Using the app gives us complete oversight without the need for constant check-ins. The call and SMS logging are incredibly thorough. It's fast, silent, and hasn't caused any noticeable lag or battery issues on the devices.

**What do you like best about XNSPY?**

I spend >10 hours working at my laptop, working in between shared spaces and client offices and often, i have just don't have the time to call my daughter. A coworkers who'd been using xnspy to monitor employeers ( it was my old boss)  recommended it to me since he saw how i was truggling to keep an eye on my daughter. i just can't shoulder surf my daughters phone all the time. xnspymakes everything from her phone come into a central dashboard. I've been using it for about 2 years now. Pretty conviniecnt, and easy to use which is my biggest concern. There's tons of monitoring features, you get all of your social media apps, and screen recordings and their photos. Installation is way harder than it needs to be - you download it thorugh their site but customer support is good enough to guide you through it all. I just load the dashboard up at work and i get to see if shes safe online.

the user interface hasn't been updated since 2012, or that's what it feels like. I mean i get 'don't  fix it if it aint broke' but come on guys, it straight up looks ugly now. its not as quick as they mention on thier site but reaistically speaking i can bare a 15 min difference.

**What problems is XNSPY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work almost 12 hours a day - i have a daughter with a phone who is constantly on it. I can't keep an eye on her even if i wanted to. This app solves that problem for me. I go through her phone from the dashboard at the end of the day to check if shes being preyed on. i get emails for certain words and the location feature is pretty neat too. I do this all from my work station and don't have to physically take her phone away from her.

**What do you like best about XNSPY?**

Xnspy's instant data updates impressed me. The whole point of employee tracking is to know what they are doing in real-time, and Xnspy makes it possible. The screen time feature made it easy to understand the app usage patterns of different employees. Moreover, I was able to block certain apps that were making my staff unproductive. Plus, the straightforward interface made it quite easy to monitor without wasting a lot of time.

You’ll have to wait for customer support to resolve your issue via ticket, as call support is not available.

It helps me monitor my employees' phone activities during working hours and ensure they stay focused on work. It improved their overall productivity and gave me peace of mind when I was out of the office. I liked the thoroughness of Xnspy. It tracks calls, messages, app activity, locations, and everything you’d want for employee device monitoring. The screen recording feature was especially very useful for keeping tabs on my team's activities.

The color combination of the app could have been a lot better and interactive.

When I got the app, there were not many employees, but now we have expanded, so I need more monitoring to ensure that my employees are not slacking and completing their tasks on time. I really liked the number of features it provides for monitoring and the support it provides to its customers.

I didn't like the interface of the product, as it is something that looks a bit dull and can be improved over time.

I had a problem keeping the correct data on my mobile as I was unable to track my Wi-Fi network logs and email, and that was creating a big mess for me because being an individual user and as a freelancer, I had to keep track of all of this so that the bills don't get increased because both of them have are a subscription-based service of different software for me and XNSPY really helped me here by keeping track of these things and giving a timely update as well as ways to reduce the usage of those software.

Two months ago some employees were suspected of sending emails to unknown contacts. Furthermore, most employees were spending considerable time on messaging apps during work hours. Fortunately, XNPSY helped to get the workplace in order. With my dashboard, I can easily monitor all employees' cell phone activity and get complete insights into the emails they send and their screen time during work hours.

Installing the app on multiple employees' phones took some time, and syncing to the dashboard was a hassle at first.

With its robust features, XNSPY provides complete employee monitoring. The app collects data on all the apps employees use and quickly uploads it to the dashboard. I can remotely view individual cell phone usage; the app even sends alerts for certain words, email addresses, and locations.

Its really convenient to use. I have the app installed on the phones my employees receive, and I can monitor all their work and phone usage all from one dashboard. I can monitor how much time theyre wasting on phones and reprimand accordingly.

They don’t let you have a free trial and the premium one(that I use) can start to add up money-wise. However, I do use it on upwards of 20 devices, so there is that.

Working in Visible mode only, Weak Tech support, No Refund.

contacted techsupport for issues faced after installation on Samsung A9:
- Google play disabled but still sees XNSPY software and suggest deleting it. Got reply from TechServices with screen shot from installation instruction, that did not solve the issue, no further support.
- Screen Recording does not work.
- Majority of the main function of interest are available only for rooted devices.
- Requested refund within 10 days of purchase, no reply at all.

Mspy did not impress me either but among two it is better than XNSPY.

Parental Control software, that does not work as intended, neither supported.
