And while I'm no NLP expert, the NLP engine is intuitive and minimal knowledge is enough to train the bots to interpret and respond consistently to our users' questions. **What do you dislike about Xenioo?** It's not a platform that can be mastered in a couple of days, and to get the most out of it some patience is needed. Xenioo has many features, including database and AI. First, see whether you need those features or not.
