"Is Dragon Endpoint Manager the Best Endpoint Protection?"
What do you like best about Xcitium?

The best part about this endpoint manager is it is using Comodo's patented Auto-Containment technology for known and unknown threats. Its EDR capability for detection and response of various known and unknown threats is super useful in my organization.

the customer support during the deployment is super efficient and active. i was personally very much impressed how quickly and responsibly the issues were getting resolved in no time.

the implementation in my network was quite good and efficient as it didn't take us too much of man days for the deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xcitium?

To understand the working of this product we need specialized training as different functions needs to be understood by the user. it is a bit of a hassle for me and my team.

it uses a lot of hardware resources from the device, leading the low end device laging a lot performing basic tasks.

it not easy for non techies to understand the usage and deployment along with integration with different products across the network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xcitium?

The management console still requires some development. Managing endpoints at scale can be a challenge as some of the endpoints ‘do not check in to the console’ The tokens expiring on the endpoints can be a major issue when trying to support (whitelist/blacklist) on the endpoints) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xcitium?

To install this security manager, we have to free a lot of space. We need lots of time and effort to get to up and running. We will have to modify it for efficient working. Its installation requires more attention as it stops it causes problems for other software. It is not able to catch everything. This is of big size application as compared to other security applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"“Your tool for perfect end point security”"
What do you like best about Xcitium?

I have been using this platform in my company to deal with endpoints and other malware and viruses that is a huge problem, when you are continuously working over the internet. This platform is so great in not only detecting the threat but also efficient getting rid of it. The platform identification technology is no doubt very great as we have not face real virus issues in a very long time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xcitium?

I love this platform, but it consumes so much of the device space in installation. The configuration and use sometimes present great difficulty if not familiarized properly. The larger files slow the loading time duration. Step by step complicated procedure is there for installation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
