What do you like best about XCharge?

"Seamless Payment Integration for Eaglesoft"

What do you like best about XCharge?

We take payments right in the patients ledger and they post right to the account. without this I'd imagine it'd be very frustrating having to apply payments every time. If we have to look up a payment later its pretty easy to track down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XCharge?

we dont have many problems usually. you cant run a transaction Eaglesoft when you have the dashboard open to look up a payment, but that's an easy fix really. It's very difficult to think of something they're not doing right because they are really very essential to our practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect payment solution for us"

What do you like best about XCharge?

It integrates with our practice management software for seamless payment processing. We also get payment deposits very quickly and generally have very few issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XCharge?

A few times when we have tried to process returns, they end up being processed as deposits. This puts a little extra strain on our accounting, and it always seems to be a mystery to customer service. But other than that, we rarely ever have issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about XCharge?

I love that it is fully compatible with our Eaglesoft program. We never had an issue in all of the years we have been using xcharge I have not had one complaint or call to customer service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XCharge?

nothing to say in this area, I have never had a complaint Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about XCharge?

It's convenient and simple to use. It's mostly a back up for a main unit, but I am grateful it is there when I need it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XCharge?

It doesn't put the payment into the account, I have to manually put it in. Not a deal breaker, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering XCharge:

The ease of use is great, haven't had the need to contact support, it all has been seemless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is XCharge solving and how is that benefiting you?

Got a new credit card processor, when it is unable to be used for any reason, if I am on a computer that it is not attached to, I can still take payments without having to wait for the other computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
