If we have to look up a payment later its pretty easy to track down. **What do you dislike about XCharge?** we dont have many problems usually. you cant run a transaction Eaglesoft when you have the dashboard open to look up a payment, but that's an easy fix really. It's very difficult to think of something they're not doing right because they are really very essential to our practice. **What problems is XCharge solving and how is that benefiting you?** i mean we wouldn't be able to take payments without them since i'm not really sure what other programs work with Eaglesoft to take payments. So really they are making it possible for us to charge patients and track all payment information. Without them we'd be completely lost! ### 3. We also get payment deposits very quickly and generally have very few issues. **What do you dislike about XCharge?** A few times when we have tried to process returns, they end up being processed as deposits. This puts a little extra strain on our accounting, and it always seems to be a mystery to customer service. We never had an issue in all of the years we have been using xcharge I have not had one complaint or call to customer service **What do you dislike about XCharge?** nothing to say in this area, I have never had a complaint **Recommendations to others considering XCharge:** if you have Eaglesoft or another patterson pms, this is the company to use, **What problems is XCharge solving and how is that benefiting you?** taking payments in person as well as online, processing them and deposit to bank ### 5. It's mostly a back up for a main unit, but I am grateful it is there when I need it! **What do you dislike about XCharge?** It doesn't put the payment into the account, I have to manually put it in. Not a deal breaker, though. **Recommendations to others considering XCharge:** The ease of use is great, haven't had the need to contact support, it all has been seemless. **What problems is XCharge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Got a new credit card processor, when it is unable to be used for any reason, if I am on a computer that it is not attached to, I can still take payments without having to wait for the other computer. ### 6.
