Also, the Interface is something that the team can work upon. It provides me with device deduction features that enable me to identify what types of external devices are accessing my organization's web application. Also, it has superb mobile web user delivery, which enhances the end-user experience, improves the analytics of web access data, and accelerates image load duration. **What do you dislike about WURFL?** Enabling WURFL in my application is quite challenging for PHP as it requires version updation based on the latest API composer. Hence, it's tedious to handle dependency management for PHP applications in ScientiaMobile. **What problems is WURFL solving and how is that benefiting you?** ScientiaMobile solves my issues with handling WURFL based on various applications with diverse scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Go lang, and C#. It offers brilliant device analytics capture for all smartphones, tablets, and mobile devices that perform web requests to my application CDN payload management is fantastic and it gives awesome web image tailoring, faster page loading, and quality UX design for my mobile applications. ### 6. We need to possess potent domain skills in various image processing algorithms to handle diverse customer requirements. Not only new to the developers that hook into the service to make their work better, but also to the teams that have developed and continue to develop the service. As such, there are flaws and things that need improving. But it's exciting to see where it's going. ### 10. Switched to ScientiaMobile when our old Ektron device detection support was deprecated **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Philip E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2018 **What do you like best about WURFL?** We have some old Ektron CMS sites which had a different license model for device detection WURFL - switching to ScientiaMobile was a seamless option for many of our customers that needed to keep device detection in place after the support from the previous license holder was deprecated. Very simple and straightforward implementation for our old Ektron sites, with a license model that makes sense. **What do you dislike about WURFL?** There isnt much to dislike about this product, it works well to detect requests from different devices and format correctly for said device. You dont really have to fiddle much with anything once it is implemented, I doubt most sites would really have many issues with this product. **Recommendations to others considering WURFL:** I would highly recommend for an easy solution to WURFL services. **What problems is WURFL solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using ScientiaMobile WURFL services as a replacement for another Ektron service that was deprecated, it wasnt hard to switch the support from both Ektron and ScientiaMobile was great, and the process was not difficult to begin with requiring only some config file changes.
