## About WrkLst
WrkLst is inventory and contact management software for the art world. Commercial galleries, artist studios, private and institutional collections, estates and museums use it to keep artworks, contacts, sales, consignments, exhibitions and shipments in one connected system instead of spread across spreadsheets, folders and mailboxes. The core of WrkLst is the link between works and contacts. Every artwork carries its full history — who saw it, who held it, where it was shown, what it sold for — and every contact shows their relationships to works, sales and consignments. Built on decades of hands-on experience with galleries, studios and collections, not adapted from generic inventory software. WHAT'S INSIDE Works — Artwork inventory with flexible, customisable fields, images, editions and full provenance detail. Contacts — A fully integrated address book that makes every transaction personal, with interaction and relationship tracking across works, sales and consignments. Sales — Offers, holds, sales and donations, in-house and third-party, with detailed financial information. Handles auctions, museum sales and consultant-mediated transactions. Consignments — Incoming, outgoing and third-party consignments with document attachments, automatic expiry notifications and a calendar view of your consignment flow. Exhibitions & Timelines — Exhibition records linked to works and documents, plus calendar-based planning across multiple spaces, art fairs and teams, including installation and deinstallation blocks. Shipments — Shipment records with pro-forma invoices and customs paperwork, pre-filled customs documents, and live tracking for FedEx, DHL and UPS. Presentations — Private viewing-room links showing images, captions and optional availability and pricing, on a customisable website. Biographies — Central artist biography management, exported as documents or synced to your website. Documents — A template engine for tear sheets, lists, condition reports, consignment forms, invoices, statements and work reports, with your own letterhead and fonts, exported as PDF, Word, Excel or CSV. iOS App — Offline-capable browsing and presenting of works, exhibitions and lists on iPhone and iPad, built for art fairs and sales presentations. INTEGRATIONS Email and drafts through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Infomaniak kSuite or any IMAP account. Mailing lists via Mailchimp and MailerLite. One-click invoice and contact sync with QuickBooks Online and Lexware Office. A WordPress plugin that publishes artwork images, captions and artist biographies to your website. Custom integrations available on open standards. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Every account gets its own dedicated database and file storage. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access control and enforced password policies. A complete SQL dump of your database is available on demand, so you are never locked in. Hosted in Europe on infrastructure running 100% renewable energy. MIGRATION We migrate existing inventories from a wide range of legacy systems, including those with limited export functions, so you do not start from an empty database. PRICING Plans scale with your database size and start at EUR 29 per month for up to 250 records (works plus contacts combined), including four users.
