Their blogging template options, specifically the blog outline template, have saved me a ton of time. I also like the paragraph generator and text summarizer for documentation. There are times that the how-to or workflow text I get from our development team is not super clear, even to me, so those templates have saved me a lot of time in the editing and rewriting phases.
