WRITER Pricing Overview

Writer's LLM feels genuinely responsive to the brand identity we've built for the company - which means the articles, posts, and recaps are all free of the things that normally feel uncanny about the AI reading and writing experience. It has a number of useful built-in apps, but the chat function is also great for prompts that fall outside of those.

The look is sleek, professional, and clean - it is an easy-to-use app with multiple different entry points (extensions, web app, desktop). It integrates well with the marketing systems we use, and was easy to implement.

Plus, it does grammar as well as genAI. So it replaces 2 costly subscriptions with one affordable one.

I use Writer all the time, but I've never had an issue that I've had to use customer support to. That's a great sign, but it does mean I can't comment on how their customer support is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like most things about Writer. I would like to see the prompt library expanded to help more marketing-only clients. It has a lot of stuff that is good for product marketing and creation, but there is less for demand gen, ABM, etc. I use the chat function for these, which is fine, but it would be great to see more of the built-in prompts / apps. I find it frustrating that the cost can be high for small teams, and the learning curve is quite steep, especially when setting up style guides and configuring features.
