**What do you like best about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

This program was very easy to implement and use.  The onboarding rep knew the program well and was able to walk me through the steps with ease.  We use the report feature on a regular basis, as well as checking the GPS discrepancy to make sure they are punching in and out at the jobsite.  I highly recommend this product if you are having issues with time being exaggerated.

**What do you dislike about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

Overall there really isn't anything I dislike.   The only issue that took a little bit to get used to was the picture taking.

If you are looking for software that will save time when doing payroll or job costing this is it.

**What problems is WorkMax Complete Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We haven't had any problems.   The benefits are that the employees in the field clock in and out each day so I can look at their time  on a daily basis if needed and I don't have to wait for time sheets.  I am able to double check that they are actually at the job when they punch or out.   We have saved money by having actual hours punched in vs. an employee saying they worked 8 or 9 hours when they didn't.

With the demands that we asked for, it has been surprising easy to switch over and not have alot of issues, so far they have all been minor  and the customer service that has been provided did an outstanding job in training and resolving them.

**What do you dislike about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

The permissions section seems a little clunky, but it could be more or process than the software.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkMax Complete Suite:**

The customer support has been amazing to work with.    You can tell that they want to take care of your needs and to make sure you are happy with the product!

**What problems is WorkMax Complete Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has greatly improved our collection of accurate time reporting and saved our payroll time in processing time cards.

**What do you like best about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

I like the fact that we are more accurately charging to jobs. prior to WorkMax we would wait until Friday and fill out the timecard based on memory.  A lot of mischarged time would occur.  Now having the jobs and phases available for the employee to choose from, the accuracy has improved immensely.  This will help bid future business.

**What do you dislike about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

The biggest complaint from the employees is that they cannot clock in before filling out the daily job hazard assessment form I created at log in.  This is in the works of being fixed by the engineering team at WorkMax, to allow the clock in time to start at the beginning of the form questions.

**What problems is WorkMax Complete Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More accurate time charging.  Actual time worked payed out.  Between the GPS tracked vehicles and the location services with WorkMax, false charging had decreased.  This in turn validates the ROI on the product. road blocks.  The biggest problem being the initial resistance to change by the employees.  The WorkMax team has helped me work through getting the right people and strategies in place for a successful implementation.  We are currently running with 60 employees and they have all come around to accept the usefulness and convenience of being able to clock in and out of jobs from personal devices.

I would not say unhelpful, but with so many features it can be overwhelming sometimes.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkMax Complete Suite:**

I would recommend Workmax to other construction companies. As far as admin side there will be a learning curve as the system has many capabilities, especially if you are coming from paper time cards. But the benefit in the end out weighs the time it takes to learn the system. We have experienced less headaches when it comes time to do payroll versus when we were all paper.  Customer support is readily available when you need and insightful when you have a problem. As far as field employee experience I  can attest to the ease they have using Workmax.

They are currently helping us digitize our credit card receipt process and tailoring their software to work with our accounting system.

**What do you like best about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

No Paper. We started using WorkMax in lue of the hassle that time sheets and manual data entry create. With WorkMax we have been able to better track employee time and project costing by getting real time entry on project site. With the simple use of this system we have been able to train about half of our workforce in as little as 4 months. The simplicity of the app makes it to where any user can be trained quickly and efficiently. Lastly, the support team for WorkMax has been phenomenal, they are very hasty when in need. The process of reaching support by way of ticket makes them easy to contact at any time, and usually within an hour I have received a response and resolution to any problem that occured.

**What do you dislike about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

Due to us being one of the only companies that uses the type of payroll system that we do, we needed several "work-a-rounds" to utilize WorkMax. However, they worked very quickly to accommodate integrations to our payroll system.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkMax Complete Suite:**

I would recommend having one person dedicated to the implementation process. Utilizing one person allows everyone to get the same training across the board and makes it easy to have a single contact for questions concerning any portion of the app and console process.

We mainly utilize WorkMax for time tracking. Unlike using time sheets where you would only see an hour amount we can now see exactly to the minute how long it takes each employee to complete each task he or she is working on.

The ease of use for our end users in the field to clock in and out along with the approval process for the field management in the console.

**What do you dislike about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

As an administrator it currently does not have a filter on who (group or batch) I can see.  It displays all employees.  Needs a filter for Admins to filter by group.  It does filter for individual approvers for their group.

**What problems is WorkMax Complete Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working with WorkMax to include a filtering option for Administrators in the approval process as well as an easier more robust weekly/daily Per Diem recording for payment. 
 Benefits realized:
1.  More accurate time tracking by changing cost distributions at the time a different work activity is started and ended.
2. Verification of employee (photo and signature) at time of clock in and out, eliminating "buddy check in or out".
3. Very flexible reporting of captured information for both employees as well temporary labor that are not to be pushed back thru our payroll system.
4. Flexible interface to our Payroll system eliminating manual entry of time.
5. Good audit trail of who approves time from field supervision, to job supervision, to manager supervision.
6. Many other benefits to be listed here.

**What do you like best about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

WorkMax has enabled our company to use single point data entry into our account system with manager reviews along the way.  This saves a significant amount of post processing the field's time sheets.  The software also allows easy review of our time in a single location.  No more digging in binders or servers for individual time sheets.

**What do you dislike about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

There seems to be occasional glitching in the time syncing operation that will create a loss of data forcing the field to re-enter their time.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkMax Complete Suite:**

Let WorkMax handle the roll out.  We struggled somewhat to roll it out internally.  Not because of the complexity but just the time it took to train everyone up and completely understand the importing and exporting of the data.

Potential keying errors on time entry are avoided that would have been caught thru steps now eliminated.  WorkMax has also allowed for us to customize the way we can export/view our time records.

**What do you like best about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

I had a lot of options to choose from in how the app is set up and how we use the Time Editor platform. We were able to customize it to work best for our company. The ConnectMax feature also allowed us to export data from our accounting software in a way we were not able to before! We were using paper time sheets before the switch and this has saved so much time in no longer having to do time consuming data entry and instead, spending time reviewing and uploading.

WorkMax also offers exceptional customer service. They are super responsive to feature requests and were incredibly helpful in the setup process and troubleshooting any issues we would have.

**What do you dislike about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

There was a learning curve in getting our field workers comfortable with a new application but they got used to it pretty quickly.I am not bale to remotely change settings on an individual's device. Though I can control certain features of the app and what they can and cannot see, I am not able to change settings such as "Auto-Pull", this must be done on each device when they are setup. 

The time sheet function (as opposed to time clock) does not offer as much flexibility since time sheet records are converted to time clock records.

WorkMax is super responsive to your requests, questions, and concerns. This made the transition so easy! I highly recommend them for their customer service alone, not to mention their great product!

Integrates seamlessly with my accounting software, eliminating the need for double entry.  Easy to clock in and out for the employees.

**What do you dislike about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

Some aspects require extra "clicking" for my employees.  For instance, to write in a note with their time they have to click a pencil, then click in the box to type in their note, then click save.  Not a big deal, but enough for some of our guys to just neglect doing it at all.

**What problems is WorkMax Complete Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I now have a GPS stamp every time employees clock in and out, so I am eliminating the "borrowing" of time here and there and the longer than recorded lunch breaks.  Also, my employees don't have to come in to the office to deliver paper timesheets, saving us time and money.

I like the ease of use and ease of installation on everybodys device. and that it is very reliable, I never have issues regarding lost data, lost forms etc.

Websiite is the downfall, it is very slow to load, and I typically have to it reload to get it to load.

we solved relying on paper timekeeping which enabled false time.  With the GPS feature we know where they are when they clock in and out.  Also, uniform forms tat are all saved in once place.

When it works, it works great! Like how the geofence let's us know where are employees are clocking in or out of the jobsite.

If our employees forget to punch in or out, each line has to be corrected. If the employees phone does not have good coverage then it does not accurately reflect where the employee clocked in or out.

I love the functionality; to have the employees in the field clock in, in real time. Also, the managers be able to approve their timecards and make edits if needed. It has just made the payroll process seamless and that is a benefit that can be beat.

The time capture with facial recognition and geo fence.  This has helped with with our job site and time management.  The usability of the forms is amazing.  Being able to create and edit them has been a huge asset to us.

Not being able to customize or build reports.   While requesting or suggesting changes is easy, having to wait for them to be implemented is hard.

As long as the you are comfortable with technology, this app is easy to use and easy to train other's to use.

**What do you like best about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

When we started using Workmax over 2 years ago it was the usual adjustment to get to know the software and teach the employees to use it for clocking in/out on the job site.  We loved having the GPS and the facial recognition so we could see exactly where our employees were while clocking in/out and the facial recognition software worked well.  Since we have many different size jobs and different employees at different jobs I have had them download it onto their phones and that has worked out very well.  We are able to keep track of everyone and their hours and pay them for every minute they have  worked.

**What do you dislike about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

Trying to learn the software while in implementation and getting the employees on board.   A big learning curve

**What problems is WorkMax Complete Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were on a very large job and we had 90 employees on that site and someone had to spend most of the day trying to get all the guys hours, etc.   They were signing in on a sheet of paper and sometimes you couldn't read the handwriting, etc. and we would spend a great deal of time figuring out everyone's hours.  Once we implemented Workmax it figured out lunch for us and would round out the hours.

THE EASE OF GETTING USED TO THE PROGRAM.  IT IS MOR FLEXIBLE AND USER FRIENDLY.

THE FACT THAT ONLY CERTAIN ITEMS CON BE CHANGED.  IF I HAVE A CHANGE AND NEED TO MAKE IS FOR A SEPARATE PERSON, IT WILL NOT LET ME CHANGE THAT I HAVE TO DELETE THE INCORRECT ONE AND ENTER ALL NEW.

**What do you like best about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

I like how easy it is to process payroll. We have found that WorkMax has streamlined our time spent on processing our weekly payroll making it easy and affordable to keep that in house vs. paying a payroll service. We also like the GPS feature to help keep our employees accountable and it also helps us catch errors when they are punching into the wrong job.

**What do you dislike about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

The only downside to using WorkMax or any technology is the learning curve for employees who are not necessarily tech savvy. We do have some employees who are resistance to change and did not grow up with technology. Workmax is makes it a very simple process to punch in and out but some are stubborn!

Go for it!

We are getting more accurate time. With a paper timecard system everyone rounds up. With WorkMax that is not possible. With more accurate time keeping we are getting more accurate job costing. Accurate job costing is key to adding to our bottom line.

With multiple companies having employees jumping back and forth, it has made time keeping from anywhere so much easier.   The payroll administrator can at any time see the employee's hours instead of waiting on a paper time card to be e-mailed.  ConnectMax creates an easy report that can be simply imported into our payroll system, saving time of manual entries.

**What do you dislike about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

The only dislike would be that ConnectMax is a little slow to pull needed information, but as long as you plan in that time it still saves time in the long run.

Moving from a paper time card system, WorkMax Time has greatly benefited our company.  Less employees for time editing, less hours spent on manual entries in the payroll system, and being able to real time track employees is great.

**What do you like best about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

WorkMax has allowed everyone from Sr. Management and HR to Field Managers to review labor in real time along with allowing our employees to transfer from one job to another seamlessly without additional phone calls, travel or record keeping.

Our corporate payroll department has noticed this the most as it has cut down on processing time by 30%.  The system can handle complex payment rules and completely removes the human error after each job is set up properly.

**What do you dislike about WorkMax Complete Suite?**

The only issue we've truly had is an internal one.  Our IT department wants control over clock in devices.  This limits the devices ability to update which has caused problems with processing at times.  Typically once the issue arises we have to get with our IT department to update the device and then the update solves the issue.  This has happened roughly once a year.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkMax Complete Suite:**

WorkMax is a great tool and well worth the cost.  When starting up spend time setting up procedures for use and training.  This will greatly increase the success of the system.

Our processing of payroll has become more efficient and we've increased accuracy in payment especially in regards to overtime calculations.

The GPS tracking feature. It is a necessary component for us and we love it!

It took a bit to figure out navigating between forms and the time clock for needed information

**What problems is WorkMax Complete Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The GPS tracking is necessary for us to know when our employees are arriving at the job site and when they are leaving.  WorkMax does that for us, and the job report forms are really helpful
